Gear Position Switch (Park/Neutral Switch - A/T)

Engine control unit receives park/neutral gear selection information from the automatic transmisson control unit on terminal "A17". Verification of input signal is performed by measuring voltage between ground and control unit terminal "A17". With ignition on and transmission in Park or Neutral, voltmeter should indicate less than 2 volts. With transmission in any other gear, voltmeter should indicate 10-14 volts.
