Lock-Up Solenoid Feedback (A/T)

When control unit senses conditions are correct for energizing lock-up solenoid in automatic transmission, control unit will energize lock-up relay. Relay, in turn, energizes lock-up solenoid. When energized, the lock-up solenoid will provide a feedback signal to the control unit, indicating lock-up signal has been received; however, this is not a true indication that physical lock-up has occurred.
