Coolant Temperature Switch

Switch is located in intake manifold coolant passage. Switch provides coolant temperature information to control unit. When engine coolant is cold, switch is closed. When coolant temperature is 86-116°F (30-47°C), switch opens, indicating a warmed up condition to control unit.
