Idle Switch

Disconnect negative battery cable. Unplug 3-wire Green idle switch connector. Connect ohmmeter across Green/White and Black wire switch terminals. With throttle fully closed, continuity should exist. With throttle 1/4-1/2 open, continuity should not exist. To adjust switch, see ADJUSTMENTS article.
