High Altitude Compensation (HAC) Switch

Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect connector at HAC switch located on firewall at left rear corner of engine compartment. Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity across switch terminals. If altitude is less than 4000 feet, continuity should not exist. If altitude is greater than 4000 feet, continuity should exist.
