Changing Lubrication Fluid

Transmission and transfer case have separate drain plugs. Place appropriate receptacle under drain hole. Remove drain plug. Clean magnetic drain plug before installation. Inspect oil for excessive grit or metal particles. Install drain plug and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table. Fill to proper fluid level. See CHECKING LUBRICATION FLUID LEVEL .
