Float Level

NOTE: Fuel level in float chamber should be within round mark at center of sight glass. If adjustment is required, use following procedure.

Remove and invert air horn. On Samurai models, measure distance between float and air horn without gasket. On Sprint models, perform measurement with gasket in place. Float level for Sprint should be .21-.24" (5.3-6.1 mm). Samurai float level should be .31" (7.9 mm). Adjust float level by bending tab on float. See Fig 1 .
