Clutch Release Shaft: Removal

  1. Remove clutch release bearing. Remove release lever. Check for cracks and binding of shaft. Remove return spring from clutch release shaft.
  2. Position Clutch Release Bushing Remover (09925-48210 ) against bushing No. 2 and lightly tap out bushing and cap. Repeat procedure and remove bushing No. 1 with seal. See Figure .
