Locking Hub: Installation

  1. Install gasket and body on hub. Tighten bolts to specification. Install snap ring in drive axle. It may be necessary to install bolt in center of drive axle and pull outward to install snap ring.
  2. Ensure drive axle snap ring is fully seated. Position cover in the "FREE" position. Install cover and gasket on body. Stopper nail on cover must be aligned with grooves of body. Install bolts and tighten to specification.
