CONDITION

Domestic radiator pressure tester service products are too large to fit.

CAUSE

Suzuki radiator cap and radiator filler neck is smaller.

CORRECTION

Use adaptor set for all Suzuki applications.

REVISION

Adaptor set is applicable to all Suzuki models and years EXCEPT 1992 and later 16 valve 4-door Sidekicks with Nippondenso Radiators & Caps.

A cooling system and radiator cap adapter set that will fit most Suzuki vehicles is available through Kent Moore Tools. For the 1992 and later 4-door Sidekick 1.61 16 valve engine with a Nippondenso (ND) Radiator/Cap, two (2) new adaptors must be used. These adaptors may be obtained through your local Stant tool distributor (Snap-On, MATCO, etc.) under the following part numbers:

Radiator Neck Adaptor: AST FZ 38

Radiator Cap Adaptor: AST FZ 39
