WARNING: When a hood hold open device is being removed or installed, provide alternate support to avoid the possibility of damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Preliminary Procedures Use a grease pencil to outline the upper hood hinges. Prop the hood and disconnect the hood strut rod. Refer to HOOD STRUT REPLACEMENT
1	Upper Hood Hinge Bolts (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE . Tightening torque 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
2	Hood Transfer any parts as needed. Adjust the hood. Refer to HOOD ADJUSTMENT .
