Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (LY7 GE 47716 FILL) and DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (LY7 STATIC FILL) .
Remove the heater inlet hose clamp from the heater core.
Remove the heater inlet hose (2) from the heater core.

Remove the heater inlet hose clamp from the engine.
Remove the heater inlet hose (2) from the engine.
Remove the heater inlet hose (2) from the vehicle.
