Preliminary Procedure Remove the auxiliary HVAC module. Refer to AUXILIARY HVAC MODULE REPLACEMENT Disconnect electrical connections. Remove lower HVAC case screws. Refer to 07 193 Aux. EVAP Replacement Tip: The HVAC lower and side cases must be separated for temperature door removal.
1	Auxiliary HVAC Side Case Screws CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE . Tightening torque 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
2	Auxiliary Temperature Door Ensure evaporator gasket is in good condition upon installation. Ensure temperature and mix doors are in proper position upon assembly of side cases.
