Removal Procedure

Remove the HVAC module. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE .

Remove the heater core cover screws from the evaporator case assembly.
Remove the heater core cover from the evaporator case assembly.

Remove the heater core from the HVAC module.

Remove the evaporator case assembly screws from the blower case assembly.
Remove the evaporator case assembly from the blower case assembly.
