Installation Procedure

Install evaporator case assembly to the blower case assembly.
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install evaporator case assembly screws to the blower case assembly.
Tightening torque

Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

Install heater core to the HVAC module.

Install heater core cover.
Install heater core cover screws.
Tightening torque

Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

Install the HVAC module. Refer to INSTALLATION PROCEDURE .
