I.Removal of Rear Window Assembly

FIGURE 1:

Step-1. Disconnect ground cable at battery.

Step-2. Remove three screws from inside of tailgate. Refer to Fig. 1.

Step-3. Remove two flange bead bolts from top of tailgate. Refer to Fig. 1.

Step-4. Disconnect Positive wire from 15' defogger wire at tailgate.

Step-5. Carefully remove window assembly.


NOTE: The rear window assembly is now ready to be sent to a reputable glass shop. The instructions for this procedure are enclosed on the following page.
