SUBJECT: Samurai Key Codes
S.A.A. has received numerous customer contacts regarding key code numbers. S.A.A. can not provide this information directly to customers, because of the need to verify that the person requesting the information has the right to use the vehicle. It will therefore be appropriate for you to record the key code on your copy of the RDR card. Starting with the model year 1988 the warranty book will provide a space for the customer to record the key number.
Any key code inquiries received directly from customers will be referred to the customer's selling dealer. If the code is not available to you, please contact our Sales Administration department, extension 496.
