Bowl Vent Solenoid Valve
- Disconnect canister hose from solenoid valve and connect a separate length of hose. Blow through hose with ignition off and ensure air passes through solenoid valve. With ignition on (engine off), air should pass through valve.
- Start and run engine at idle speed. Blow through hose with engine idling and ensure air does not pass through valve. If valve does not operate as outlined, replace bowl vent solenoid valve.
