Radiator Sub Fan And Fan Motor: Assembly

Install the new radiator sub fan shroud side gasket to the radiator sub fan shroud.
NOTE: Install the radiator sub fan shroud side gasket by aligning its cutout portion (a) with the boss at the top of the radiator sub fan shroud.

Install the sub fan motor to the radiator sub fan shroud.
Tightening torque:

4.4 N.m (0.4 kgf-m, 3.2 ft-lb)

Install the radiator sub fan to the sub fan motor.
CAUTION: Always use new nuts (with locking agent).

Tightening torque:

3.4 N.m (0.3 kgf-m, 2.5 ft-lb)

Install the sub fan motor connector to the radiator sub fan shroud.
