July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Model Without Keyless Access With Push Button Start

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from the battery sensor, and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the column cover assembly. Ref. to POWER ASSISTED SYSTEM (POWER STEERING)>STEERING COLUMN>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the immobilizer antenna assembly.
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Release the claws using a flat tip screwdriver or similar tool wrapped with protection tape, and remove the immobilizer antenna assembly.
CAUTION: Do not apply excessive force to disengage the lock of immobilizer antenna assembly. Otherwise they may be broken because those parts are the products made of a plastic.
