DTC B2781: Steering Lock Control Module Control Circuit: DTC detecting condition

When any of the following conditions is established.

Steering lock position (inside steering lock Control Module) sensor malfunction
Steering lock motor driver (inside steering lock Control Module) short circuit malfunction
Steering lock motor driver (inside steering lock Control Module) open circuit malfunction
