Front Hood Stay

Always attach the stay to the normal position when performing works such as inspections and general maintenance.
CAUTION:
- During the inspection and general maintenance, always be sure to turn the ignition switch to OFF.
- At the inspection and general maintenance, do not detach the stay.

When wider front hood opening is necessary, set the stay to the lower position (hood hinge) as shown in the figure.
