DTC P0145 (O23_R): Front O2S 2 (LH) Circuit Slow Response

If DTC P0142 exists, diagnose DTC P0142  first. Clear DTC and retest. If DTC P0142 resets, check exhaust system and repair as necessary. If exhaust system is okay, replace left front O2S.
