EGR Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

1) Remove collector chamber from intake manifold.





2) Disconnect hoses from EGR control solenoid valve.
3) Remove bolt which installs EGR control solenoid valve onto collector chamber, then remove EGR control solenoid valve.

NOTE: This figure shows the rear side of collector chamber.

4) Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Torque: 16 ± 1.5 N.m (11.6 ± 1.1 ft-lb)
