DTC P0507 (ISC_H) - Idle Control System Rpm Higher Than Expected

  1. Connect SSM. Retrieve DTC(s). If DTC P0505 is present, diagnose this DTC first. If DTC P0505 is not present, go to next step.
  2. Start and allow engine to idle. Check intake manifold, idle air control solenoid valve and throttle body for loose installation and gasket for cracks, by-pass hose for loose connection or cracking and vacuum hoses for disconnection or cracking. Repair as necessary. If no damage is noted, replace idle air control solenoid valve.
