Air Outlet/Mode Door Selector Switch

With heater control panel in the defrost position, air is directed to front windshield and front door windows. With heater control panel in the defrost/heat position, air is directed to front windshield and a minimal amount of air to feet. With heater control panel in heat position, air is directed to footwells and a minimal amount of air to defrosters. When heater control panel position switch is OFF, outside air flows into heater system after passing through blower motor fan. When recirculation position switch is ON, inside air is recirculated through heater system. When heater control panel is in bi-level position, air is directed to upper body level ventilators and footwells. When heater control panel is in vent position, air is directed through ventilators.
