Compressor Operational Check

  1. Start self-diagnostic procedure. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM  under TROUBLE SHOOTING. Proceed to DIAGNOSTIC STEP 3.
  2. Ensure compressor magnetic clutch switches on and off as specified when performing diagnostic step 3. See ACTUATOR OPERATION SPECIFICATIONS TABLE  in DIAGNOSTIC STEP 3 under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
  3. If compressor clutch does not switch on and off as specified, check compressor power supply. If compressor clutch switches as specified, compressor is okay.
