Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  1. Install the ECT sensor. Tighten the sensor to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
    2. Fig 2: Generator Terminal Nut

  2. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (10) to the ECT sensor (3).
  3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LZ4, LY7, LE5, LE9) , Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill LZ4, LY7. LE5, LE9)
