Installation Procedure

- Lubricate the NEW MAP sensor seal with clean engine oil.
- Install the MAP sensor (1) into the intake manifold.

- Connect the fuel injector wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the number 3 fuel injector.
- Install the fuel injector wiring harness clips (1) to the fuel rail tabs.

- Connect the fuel injector wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the MAP sensor.

- Position the EVAP canister purge tube (1) out of the way.
- Connect the EVAP canister purge tube to the intake manifold. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
- Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
