Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the accelerator pedal from the vehicle. Refer to Accelerator Pedal Assembly Replacement .
  2. Remove the adjustable brake pedal cable. Refer to Adjustable Brake Pedal Cable Replacement .
    3. Fig 1: Removing/Installing 3 Nuts Attaching Adjustable Accelerator Bracket To Cowl

  3. Remove the 3 nuts that attach the adjustable accelerator bracket to the cowl.
  4. Remove the adjustable accelerator bracket from the vehicle.
