Removal Procedure

    Fig 1: Removing & Installing Front Door Check Link Bolts

  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
  2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
  3. Remove the check link bolt at the hinge pillar.

  4. Remove the check link nuts from the door frame.
  5. Remove the check link from the door.
