July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Vehicle Speed Sensor: Installation

  1. Lubricate a NEW O-ring with appropriate transaxle fluid. See RECOMMENDED FLUIDS  under LUBRICATION.
  2. Install the NEW O-ring. See Figure .
  3. Install the VSS retainer. Install the VSS assembly.
  4. Install the VSS retainer bolt. Tighten bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  5. Connect the VSS harness connector. See Figure .
  6. Install the left front wheel.
