DTC Parameters

Engine is running or the ignition is on.
System is not in battery saver mode.
Battery voltage is more that 8 volts.
DTC P1514 is not set.

DTC sets if the estimated throttle plate position differs from the actual throttle plate position or if a throttle actuator circuit fault exists for longer that 0.25 second.
