At this point in diagnosing a NO START condition, it has been determined that there is no spark present on either ignition coil.

DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
The positive feed to the ignition coils is passed through EI module and through interconnect to coils. If this circuit is open, neither coil will fire.

TEST DESCRIPTION
Measuring for continuity on the common ignition feed which passes through EI module to both ignition coils.
