Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU): Removal

HCU is located in front of booster. Remove battery box, battery tray, and battery. Unplug connectors from solenoid valves. Remove locking pin and connector from motor pack. Taking care not to bend brakelines, remove brakeline fittings. Plug openings. Remove hydraulic control unit nuts. Working carefully to avoid bending brakelines, remove control unit. See Figure .
