To remove
- Raise the car.

- Cut the cable tie.
- Unplug and detach the connector to the purge device.
- Detach the purge device from the filler pipe bracket with a screwdriver.
- Clean the purge device.
- Remove the top cover over the shut-off valve.
- Unplug the connector from the shut-off valve and remove the washer.

- Move the cover along the hose so that the hose clip is accessible.
- Remove the valve by undoing its hose connection.
