Diagnostic Conditions

Ignition on for at least 2 s, brake released
Then engine running, brake released
Actuate brake once
Short test drive > 50^km /_h (at least 30 s) and one short burst on full throttle (approx. 1 s) without PSM/ASR/ABS control

NOTE:

Sometimes the cause of a fault is readily apparent at ignition on , in which case a test drive is not necessary until the fault is remedied!
