Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying Ignition Lock Cylinder Lamp Socket & Theft Deterrent Module

Install a new bulb to the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket (2).
Install the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket (2) to the theft deterrent module (1) and turn clockwise to secure.
Install the theft deterrent module to the steering column. Refer to Theft Deterrent Module Replacement .
Check the operation of the ignition lock cylinder light.
Install the upper and lower steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement .
