Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Junction Block Tabs & Passenger Knee Bolster

Seat the bottom junction block tabs and snap the top of the junction block to the passenger knee bolster.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the junction block bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the junction block bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Close the I/P compartment.
Connect the body wiring harnesses to the junction block.
Tighten: Tighten the connector bolt to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

Install the I/P compartment access hole cover.
Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (L26) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (LS4) .
