July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
  1. Install the wheel speed sensor (2) to the steering knuckle.

    Tighten:  Tighten the rear wheel speed sensor bolt (1) to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the bolt (1) and nut (2) which retains the wheel speed sensor harness to the upper arm and suspension member.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt and nut bolt to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  5. Install the bolt (2) which retains the wheel speed sensor harness (1) to the vehicle.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt and nut bolt to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  7. Reposition the wheel speed pigtail harness through the body. Install the grommet.
  8. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1).
  9. Lower the vehicle.
  10. Install the rear seat bottom and seat back. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Rear Split Folding in Seats.

  12. Install the fuel tank filler pipe protector (1). Secure with 3 bolts (2).
  13. Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle in Vehicle DTC Information.
