Input and Third Sprag Clutches Functional Check

  1. Hold the input sun gear (668) stationary in the position shown.
  2. The third sprag clutch outer race (653) should rotate only in the direction shown by the arrow and not in the opposite direction.
  3. The input sprag clutch assembly (665) should rotate only in the direction shown by the arrow and not in the opposite direction.
