Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right instrument panel (I/P) insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the I/P compartment. Refer to Compartment Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
    3. Fig 1: Screws & Recirculation Actuator

  3. Remove the screws that secure the recirculation actuator to the HVAC module assembly.
  4. Remove the recirculation actuator from the HVAC module assembly.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.
