Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo and 2004 Chevrolet Impala. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the vehicle.
  2. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the engine oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  3. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the engine oil filter adapter. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  4. Install the engine oil cooler line support clip to the engine oil cooler lines.
  5. Install the right engine splash shield. Refer to Splash Shield Replacement - Engine - Right in Body Front End.
  6. Add the proper amount of engine oil.
