July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Shift Control Assembly: Installation

  1. Install the console shift control. See Fig 2 .
  2. Install the console shift control nuts and tighten to 18 ft. lbs. (24 N.m). Install the range selector cable onto ball studs on the shift control assembly.
  3. Install the console shift control wiring harness, and the console wiring harness. See Fig 1 . Install the floor trim plate. See FLOOR CONSOLE TRIM PLATE  .
  4. Install shift control knob and horseshoe clip. See Figure .
