Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT -- INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ACCESSORY in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the screws that secure the radio to the instrument panel.

  3. Remove the radio from the support bracket enough to access the connectors at rear of the radio.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the radio.
  5. Remove the radio.
