Engine Front Cover And Oil Pump (Unit Repair): Installation

Install engine front cover and new gasket.
Install long water pump bolt.
Torque:

Water Pump Bolt: 25 N.m (18 ft-lbs)

Install engine front cover bolts.
Torque:

Front Cover-to-Block Bolts: 25 N.m (18 ft-lbs)

Install accessory drive belt tensioner.
Torque:

Drive Belt Tensioner Bolt: 45 N.m (33 ft-lbs)
