Differential Assembly: Reassembly

  1. To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Recheck side gear end play once side gears and pinion gears are installed.
  2. Install NEW ring gear bolts. DO NOT reuse ring gear bolts. Tighten ring gear bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Using press, install NEW side bearings, if removed.
