Disassembly Procedure

Important:  Do not attempt to disassemble the hydraulic pump (1).

1. Inspect the hydraulic pump (1) for leaks.

2. If pump (1) needs replacement, remove the reservoir assembly. Refer to POWER STEERING RESERVOIR REPLACEMENT - OFF VEHICLE  .
