Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Disconnect the IAT sensor electrical connector (1) from the IAT sensor (2).




2. Grasp and remove the IAT sensor (2) with a twisting and pulling motion from the intake air duct (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position and insert the IAT sensor (2) into the rear air intake duct (1).




2. Install the IAT sensor electrical connector (1) to the IAT sensor (2).
