Servo Linkage

NOTE: DO NOT stretch cable assembly to secure a particular tab hole. If cable is stretched, engine will not return to idle.

Cruise Control Cable Adjustment

1) Remove air cleaner housing and throttle body intake ductwork (if necessary). Remove retainer at servo blade. Disconnect cruise control cable at servo blade. DO NOT move throttle lever assembly from rest position.

2) Install retainer at servo blade. Allow least amount of slack without moving servo. Retainer must be installed with tang secured over cable stud head. Reinstall air cleaner housing and throttle body intake ductwork (if removed).
